This article states that Capital One has “Employee Training on iPod Playlist”
Seems they can save quite a bit of money on training, which makes sense, I just wonder how many people actually use the training. I’m sure there are checks and balances to make sure the various sessions are completed. Capital One handed out 3,000 engraved iPods with the company logo that employees get to keep as long as they’re with the company.
I really think this is a great idea, I know there are colleges that are doing this as well for lectures and that sort of thing. I like the corporate training idea, just wish someone was using it for more than teaching their people how to keep more Americans in debt.
