The Real Live Preacher just stated on his blog that one of the biggest needs right now was for bus tickets so the displaced survivors of Katrina could make it to family members around the nation who are obviously willing to take them in.
Now, why couldn’t Greyhound or another motor coach company (private companies included) donate a few buses and organize some routes to get people to various locations?
In fact, that type of network should be established and be able to move instantly in the event of the next evacuation that needs to be done.
