Have you ever found yourself bored online? It is almost a daily occurrence that I find myself searching the depths of Google just trying to find something to entertain my brain. With the advent of social media tools like Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube our minds are moving faster and faster and we are processing more information in less time than ever before. The moral of the story is we get bored. There are only so many times I can check Mashable for new material or hit refresh to see the updated basketball scores on Yahoo! Sports before I lose myself on some other random websites.
So one day I sat down and began just getting lost in some random searches. I started by browsing Google images for my favorite color, pink. I then moved to more obvious colors like black and yellow. That is when I decided to try something a little more out of the box. I began searching for specific URLs with those colors in them. I went to places like www.white.com and www.green.com. I realized that this was not only fun but was taking my brain on a whirlwind of inspiration. I was seeing shades of these colors that I had once forgotten or never knew about to begin with. Then I found www.red.com.
This site blew the rest of them out water. It is not about the color at all but rather a digital cinema company sharing information about their company and their products. If you get lost in the site itself you see the color red popping out of their dark grey and black backgrounds, but never once associate the URL with the color. So when asked what is the coolest website that I have discovered, the easy answer is www.red.com.

I thought the EveryJoe.com readers would appreciate and enjoy his perspective on uncovering the web as well.
