With my little interests in web design, I frequently help clients choose a domain name for their services. This recent blurb by Dan Miller over at 48 Days just further illustrates how paying close attention is vitally important.
Watch Your Name — When starting a business I always recommend that you carefully check how the Internet domain rendition of your business name will appear. I?ve seen some disasters like these:
- Who Represents? a database for agencies to the rich and famous: www.whorepresents.com
- Experts Exchange, a knowledge base for programmers: www.expertsexchange.com
- Find a therapist? www.therapistfinder.com
So, spell it out and think about what you’re registering before you do.

Felician, thanks so much for that. But I'm not sure why you decided to share on this particular post.
