A friend just sent me these two videos of some old school, retro drumming skills.
That stuff is just classic man! Good music.
Do you have some favorite videos on YouTube that highlight someone’s musical talent?
This is that category of stuff that may just not fit anywhere else. It will usually be interesting websites or other resources I may have come across. It could also be some random thoughts I have and want to "get down" on some virtual paper somewhere. Hopefully you'll find it interesting, it's definitely just a bunch of stuff!

I’m a huge fan of TV and being a guy I’ve also been know to have some posters of cool cars up on my walls growing up.
The Star Car Central website is just the place for me. You can find just about all the cool Hollywood cars here.

The Chess playing genius Bobby Fischer died today after a long battle with kidney disease and failure.
Garry Kasparov, the former world chess champion from Russia, said Fischer’s ascent in the chess world in the 1960s and his promotion of chess worldwide was “a revolutionary breakthrough” for the game.
I knew who Bobby Fischer was, but what I didn’t realize was the stark side of his opinions about the United States. He had some pretty strong opinions about the September 11th terrorist attacks and didn’t have very friendly remarks to say about the Jewish people.
Given those opinions I’m not sure if what I want to do is commemorate his death or honor the fact that he’s dead. Regardless of both, I thought I’d share a post about a Chess website that my oldest brother said was very nice for lovers of the game. Fischer once said…
“Chess is war on a board,” he once said. “The object is to crush the other man’s mind.”
It seems obvious that chess may have crushed Mr. Fischer’s mind in the process.
Go play some chess for yourself at Double Pawn. It is a fun game, fairly easy to play once you get the moves down, but mastering it may never be obtained.
