This past week I had been looking for some resources of information about stage lighting. One of the results of my Google search was the ArtsHub website, and they have much more to offer than just lighting information.
ArtsHub has three main locations: Australia, United Kingdom and the USA, but there are no borders to the information that’s available and it’s impact to your situation when you’re in need of an answer to your question.
It appears to have a pretty active community, but everything on the site is not free. There are two different membership levels available, one of them being for students of the arts.
Arts Hub is a major online information portal for US arts workers – members can choose to receive jobs and news specific to their own creative industry or alternatively across many creative pathways including Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Music, Writing & Publishing, Film, and Heritage industries. Â All members receive access to Arts Hub’s widely read arts jobs classifieds plus independent and authoritative arts news service, all delivered via the Arts Hub web site and weekly e-Bulletins.
There’s plenty of focus on the site for landing a job in the arts if you’re in one of their locations or surrounding areas, but the information they provided to me about lighting was exactly what I needed.
Uncover the artistic information you’re looking for at the ArtsHub website.
