Steve Rubel’s post on Tuesday, October 18th dealt with productive ways to further your use of RSS feeds. I’ll highlight the options he discusses here, but be sure and check-out his full post for all the great details!
- Build Feeds for Your Favorite Writers
- Got a Car? Subscribe to its RSS Feed [The Topix.net site is pretty cool]
- Merge Several RSS Feeds Into One, Then Stick it on Your Firefox Bar
- Track New Audiobooks with RSS
- Find Cool Stuff with a del.icio.us Inbox Feed
- Build a Library of Search Feeds in a Heartbeat with gada.be
- Track Wikipedia Revisions with RSS
- Find New Desktop Wallpaper with Flickr [I did this one, Thomas Hawk’s photos are great!
- Subscribe to RSS Feeds in Gmail
- Take a Break with RSS

Speaking of RSS, can you change your RSS feed to be full text? Then I can read it on the train after downloading it in the morning (rather than than having to click through…).
Thanks

ARGGH!! I can't stand it when blogs have a feed and don't show me the entire content, and here I am one of the offenders. Honestly though, I'm not sure why it's happening, I've got WordPress setup to show the entire post, not just a summary and FeedBurner is grabbing from that feed. What's the deal? Anyone got any ideas or can offer assistance, let me know.
