If you like aquariums and fish like I do, then you’ll know exactly what the focus of the Plecofanatics website is supposed to be: plecostomus catfish.
I’ve got about 400 gallons worth of aquariums that are sitting dry in my garage right now. If I had the room, they’d all be setup. If I had the room and if my wife liked aquariums. I’m still working on convincing her to let me put a tank up in our son’s room, and if that happens, it will be a 55-gallon aquarium.
When I’ve had sites setup in the past, the pleco was one of the fish that had the most personality in my opinion. That may seem weird to anyone that’s never had one, especially if they’ve ever just watched one. They usually prefer the dark places in the tank and usually just suck on the side eating algae or on a piece of driftwood eating the green stuff.
If you understood anything I just said, then the Plecofanatics website should be right up your undergravel filter tubes. Lots of information and photos about plecos and tank setups. You’ve got to register to get access to everything, but that’s pretty normal at this point.
