There's a guy named Jason Bean that just participated in a Bassmaster classic on Barren River Lake near, Glasgow, KY.
I grew up near there and have spent many hours fishing in the lake for bass with my good friend Gary H.
Tarry said there was an entry of 123 bass fishermen with the top prize going to Eric Baier who also won one of the hourly weigh-ins. Baier's bass weighed in at 4.65 pounds. Jason Bean was second in the finale.
Sadly, they're not referring to me, but it's been FAR TOO LONG since I've been fishing. Now I live super close to Old Hickory Lake in middle Tennessee and still make it out on the water sometimes with my friend Gary. Maybe one of these days, I'm guessing retirement if that actually ever happens for me, I'll have the time and money to fish more like I'd like and maybe even participate in one of these bass fishing tournaments.
