Do you notice anything different in the image above? Imagine the old song from your childhood playing in your head “…one of these things is not like the other…”
A week or so ago, my boss and I needed a quick lunch and decided to drop into a Hardees that was close to one of our client locations. Now, I’m a huge fan of the Hardee’s Thickburger, especially the Philly Cheese Steak burger.
When we were ordering though my boss and I looked at a piece of cardboard advertising their new Bacon Cheddar Cheese Fries. They looked great!
When we got our order, they looked like the bottom-half of the picture.
I understand that what you order isn’t normally going to look as sharp and staged as it does in the poster. However, if you’re advertisement shows an order of fries falling out of their container, loaded with bacon pieces and cheddar cheese, it should look like something remotely resembling such a side order.
Don’t you think?
The Thickburger?….. that was delicious!

Could you please not post such tasty looking images (top not actual) during the Lenten season!?
;-)
Did you order them w/o the cheese…or is there cheese in there somewhere?

Yeah, there's cheese on them. Can't you see it? Oh yeah, there's hardly any and it's hiding under the few pieces of bacon.
