Notice: I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Dad Central Consulting on behalf of Clorox and received a gift code, toilet wand and football to thank me for taking the time to participate.
Ahhhh! It’s that time of year again. The holidays, lots of food and vegging out on the couch to watch some football. Regardless of just how tired you are and how much you’d rather not get up off of the aforementioned couch, you’re going to need to. More than likely you’ll be making your way to the bathroom. Clorox has been helping families get rid of the messes that family members leave behind around the holidays for years.
I also hear it’s a big tradition to play football out in the yard with your family around the holidays. My family never really did. Honestly, I got turned off to team sports as a little boy and didn’t really get interested in them again until later in high school. The rest of my family usually opted for laying on the couch and floor and watching others play football and we cheered them on instead.
Now Clorox is helping bring traditions together, with an Ode to the Commode, and is giving you the opportunity to win a trip for you and 9 of your family, friends and teammates to visit New Orleans and play in the first annual Clorox Toilet Bowl. A no-holds barred (well, there’s probably some that are) game of touch-flag football.
You can find out more about the Clorox Ode to the Commode Toilet Bowl, by visiting their Facebook page that’s been setup for the event. It’s not hard to enter, unless you’re still like me and laying on the couch just watching football. All you have to do is submit in 100 words or less why you and your team should be chosen for the 1st Annual Clorox Toilet Bowl game, pick a mascot, pick your colors and rally your fan base for the win.
Now, if you’ll excuse me I’ve got to go spend some time on the throne and get ready for the next round of holiday eats.
As part of this promotion I also get to give a lucky reader their own Clorox Toilet Wand and football. I’ll be choosing the lucky winner from the comments left on this post. Just leave a comment about your favorite holiday football or family memory. Winner will be chosen at random from list of commenters.
